From 19th to 21st June, Ningde International New Energy Power Battery Intelligent Manufacturing Technology and Industry Development Conference was held in Ningde exhibition center, Fujian. General manager Shen Can and deputy director Wang Yubao of assembly business department in Huashu Jinming were invited to attend the conference. At the same time, New Energy Automobile Power Battery Module and PACK Intelligent Factory Integral Solution was demonstrated for the first time by Huashu Jinming in Ningde.

In the main forum of June 19th, deputy director Wang Yubao of assembly business department in Huashu Jinming gave a keynote speech-Intelligent Power Battery Module and PACK Line. The speech was launched around three aspects-”What is Intelligence?”, ”Current Domestic Module Line and PACK Line State”, ”Next Three-Year Development”, and put forward predicts and interprets of future market by combining the intelligent development achieved in cylindrical, polymer and prismatic lithium battery module and PACK line by Huashu Jinming.

New Energy Automobile Power Battery Module and PACK Intelligent Factory Integral Solution of Huashu Jinming includes 18650 battery electric resistance welding module assembly line, 21700 battery ultrasonic aluminum wire welding module line, prismatic module full automatic assembly line, AGV-PACK line, polymer battery full automatic assembly line.

Among these, 21700 cylindrical battery module line adopts the most advanced international process-ultrasonic aluminum wire welding technology, with real-time welding strength test, welding parameter adjustment and parameter self-correcting and self-examining functions, and module welding path editing and storing capacity. Battery processing capacity of each single production line is up to 320 PPM.

Prismatic module assembly line adopts leading side seam welding, Busbar laser welding technology, and realizes flexible and information manufacturing based on intelligent robots. PACK line adopts AGV in the whole line to drive, the whole line is equipped with integral MES, including the whole process of housing pretreatment, putting module into housing locking, laser welding and system test.
