From 28th Aug. to 29th Aug., the “New Energy Power Battery Intelligent Manufacturing Technology and Industrial Technology Development Forum” and the “New Energy Vehicle Lightweight Technology Development Forum” jointly organized by Changzhou Wujin National High-tech Zone Management Committee, Huashu Jinming and Lijin Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. were successfully held in the Shangri-La Hotel, Changzhou. On the afternoon of 28th Aug., at the “New Energy Power Battery Intelligent Manufacturing Technology and Industrial Technology Development Forum”, Wang Yubao, director of the assembly business division of Huashu Jinming, delivered a keynote speech of “Power Battery Module and PACK Line for European And American Markets”. Huashu Jinming has been deeply engaged in the field of new energy vehicle power battery since 2015, and has achieved the national leading level in the 18650 cell resistance welding process and the 21700 cell ultrasonic aluminum wire bonding process. It also has manufacturing experience in multiple production lines in the prismatic battery module assembly line, pouch battery automatic assembly line and AGV-PACK lines.

Wang Yubao, director of the assembly business division, focused his speech on the experience sharing of equipment exportation to European and American markets. On the morning of 29th Aug., at the “New Energy Vehicle Lightweight Technology Development Forum”, Wang Yubao, director of the assembly business division of Huashu Jinming, delivered another speech entitled “Solutions for Battery Tray Intelligent Production System”. Huashu Jinming was engaged in the construction of the power battery tray intelligent production line since 2017. Relying on the technical research and development strength in the existing field, it focuses on expanding the technical R&D of battery tray production equipment, the front process of power battery assembly line.

Huashu Jinming introduces the rich experience in the field of automobile production equipment and battery production lines into the battery tray production. And based on modular and flexible production of traditional battery tray, it has mastered the core technology of battery tray intelligent production through the production process and technology transformation and upgrading. It has already begun to apply to the production of new energy battery tray of high-end automobile brands.
