From 4th to 7th July, the 14th Shanghai International Automotive Manufacturing Technology & Material Show (AMTS 2018) was held in Shanghai New International Expo Center. Huashu Jinming was at Booth W5-D16 with its intelligent manufacturing factory integrated solutions.

With the theme of “Traditional Manufacturing Meets Future Auto Development”, AMTS 2018 mainly exhibited future auto engineering innovative technology and its application. As a leader in the industry of new energy automotive power battery, Huashu Jinming has made some accomplishment in cylindrical, prismatic and soft-paced battery module & PACK, and it has built various full-automatic production lines for many famous enterprises like Lishen Battery, Zotye, LEAPMOTOR, SF MOTORS, SOKON, CHJ, GUOXUAN HIGH-TECH, TESSONNE, HIGHSTAR, Chuhan New Energy and so on, which has won high praise from customers.

Huashu Jinming lithium battery module & PACK automatic production line has the characters of high automation, high reliability, high stability and delicate control of MES data management system, and it has high processing level in many key technologies ultrasonic aluminum wire welding (Bonding), Busbar laser welding, AGV operation and so on. Its products covers 18650 resistance welding module assembly line, 21700 cylindrical cell module line, prismatic module full-automatic assembly and production line, AGV-PACK line, soft-packed battery full-automatic line to meet customers’ all-round demands.

In July 4th, the 4th Battery Assembly & Testing 2018, which is named by Huashu Jinming. was held at Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel Shanghai. Shen Can, the general manager of Huashu Jinming, held the meeting, and he made a wonderful speed themed at “The Development Trends of Power Battery PACK Intelligent Production Line”. During the meet, it also held a forum which focused on the theme of “New Energy Vehicle Power Battery Energy Density and Product Development Direction”, and it was deeply discussed by 4 invited guests, who are Huang Xiangdong, the chairman of Guangdong Automobile Association, Zong Zhijian, the professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Yang Zicheng, the deputy general manager of Jinkang Automobile Pack Factory, and Chen Ruiling, the general manager of Zotye New Energy Battery, Motor and Electric Control System Manufacturing.
