On September 27^th, CHJ equipped its vehicle factory with lithium battery intelligent factory – Changzhou Chezhiyi Power Technology Co. Ltd, which has been officially put into production in Changzhou Wujin High and New Technology Industrial Development Zone, and Shen Can – the general manager of Changzhou Huashu Jinming Intelligent Equipment Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd – were present and cut the ribbon at the ceremony.

Changzhou Chezhiyi Power Technology Co. Ltd was invested and set up in Wujin High and New Technology Industrial Development Zone in March 2016, which is solely-owned by Beijing CHJ Information Technology Co. Ltd and is engaged in building largest domestic 18650 power battery factory.

After one year of preparation, this battery factory has been officially put into production, which is the masterpiece of Huashu Jinming of 18650 lithium battery PACK automatic assembly line in the factory.

This production line includes automatic flexible assembly line and automatic sorting test line and combines with MES for information integration monitoring, which realized integrity and traceability in the process of battery PACK manufacturing. It is equipped with 20 German KUKA robots, its repetitive positioning accuracy has been up to 0.1mm, and it is 100% automatic production to ensure the quality of battery packaging. The capacity of the first phase can be 200,000 cells (16 hours), the annual maximum battery processing capacity can be up to 80,000,000 cells.
